Quiet and upscale hotel with excellent service

Good breakfasts with nice food. Huge and modern room with a jacuzzi. The staff is pleasant and exceptional. Favorable location within a short walk to eateries and entertainment such as malls, theaters, and downtown

The beds were exceptionally comfortable. The room had a sitting area and a recliner. The hotel offers a shuttle service to and from the airport. Efficient check-in process. The bathroom is well-equipped with a bath. Enjoyed the late check-out option.

During my stay at a hotel in Fresno, I found the location to be quite convenient. It was on the outskirts of town, but still close to major attractions. The hotel was situated in a quiet and peaceful area, with a lovely courtyard where I could relax and unwind. The restaurant, located beside Sears, offered a convenient option for dining. The room itself was spacious and comfortable, with a clean and well-equipped bathroom. The service provided by the staff was impeccable, with friendly and helpful employees. I also enjoyed the delicious breakfast served at the hotel. the hotel had great facilities and offered a pleasant stay.

I did experience some noise issues during my stay. The thin walls made it easy to hear noises from neighboring rooms, which was a bit disruptive at times.

Nice room, beautiful grounds, ok location.

Room was great, except the walls are paper thin. We could hear everything, everywhere. People above, people to the left, people to the right, and of course, everybody coming and going through the hallway. If you are a light sleeper, bring earplugs!

Loved the price and was very nice..... I got the deal on an app on my phone so it was half price!!!!!

A little out dated

Clean room, functional facilities, fair amount of towels provided, some lights working, and convenient location.

The hotel had a central position really close to very close to shopping, extra curricular activities and all businesses/restaurants. The whole staff was helpful.
